This lot is mostly cleared, except for areas of trees along the road, which give it privacy. A strong creek runs the full length. The back line is to the center of the creek. A water pipe that connects a spring to the old white house is buried and runs along through the length of the field of this property. It is near the center between the creek and the road. An easement that has been in place for a very long time allows access for the pipe to be maintained. There is a place in the center of the field that looks like a tiny pond, and it may be a seasonal one. However, It is believed that it may have formed from a break in the pipe. If so, the pipe will likely be repaired by the new owner of the old house. What is left of an old barn, now collapsed, will remain. The property is surveyed.
